Sweet Heat Summer

Summer seems to have finally arrived, a day after my last email declared it was basically summer it started raining.How much more English can that get! However that means the BBQ has probably (hopefully!) been dragged out of the shed The World Cup has begun, England winning their opening match Royal Ascot week Love Island is back England are leading the test series 1-0 against New Zealand Wimbledon starts in 10 days which means; 1.9million strawberries and 7,000 litres of cream That's about 50 bathtubs full of cream and the total weight of strawberries equalling about 20 minivans we're due some long evenings  So now is a great excuse to celebrate, and to remind everyone that the  Limited EditionStrawberry, Maple & Habanerois back.  Made with freshest ripe strawberries, maple syrup and habanero chillies, it delivers sweet jammy fruitiness up front, gentle sweetness behind it, and enough habanero kick to turn ordinary food into something memorable. Unlike the rest of the range, this isn't a sauce we make all year round. When this batch is gone, it's gone. I honestly don't know how many bottles I'll produce this season. Once the strawberries disappear and the batch sells through, that'll be it until 2027.
