I came across the relish at a christmas market and had to buy it after a taster. It then became the new staple over pesto for a quick pasta recipe at home with some chorizo and a splash of cream. Me and my husband were so sad when we ran out - we just had to buy more! Highly recommend! Will be introducing it to family too
I encountered this relish at Fairford today and it really impressed, so much so that it's been utilised allready with some belly pork n salad and it works real fine thus once gone no doubt a restock will be on at the earliest opportunity.
