Carolina Reaper and Ghost Pepper bring serious heat, but Santa Muerte is still built to taste good. Roasted figs, baked apple and burnt honey give the chillies something dark and fruity to work against.
Use it a few drops at a time in chilli, wings, marinades, stews or wherever ordinary hot sauce has stopped being enough.
